Disability Insurance

Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital pays the full cost of Long-Term Disability, and a voluntary Short-Term Disability program is also available. Disability is available for full-time and variable full-time team members.

Life Insurance

Basic Life Insurance is provided, while supplemental and dependent coverage are available at a low cost.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

FSAs provide an opportunity for team members to use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses. A pre-tax commuter benefit program is also available to pay for transit expenses.

When the unexpected happens, our back-up care programs can help. Back-up childcare and elder back-up care are available to team members for a small copay. Adoption assistance is also available.

Benefit Plan Required Posting: Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, self-funded health plans are required to make machine readable files (MRFs) publicly accessible. This requires providing a link to MRFs prepared by the insurer/TPA. To meet this requirement, MRFs will be posted monthly on transparency-in-coverage.uhc.com beginning July 1, 2022.
