Lorraine Parker, MSN, RN, CENP, is the chief nursing officer at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, leading the hospital’s nursing vision, strategic direction and delivery of care. She is focused on continually enhancing the culture of providing quality patient care that is evident at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.

Lorraine began her career as a nursing assistant at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Over nearly three decades, she served in various nursing leadership roles at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, including nursing operations manager and patient care administrator.

Lorraine earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and her Master of Nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She also holds a national certification in Executive Nursing Practice. Lorraine serves on several committees with the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative and the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.

Married for over 30 years, Lorraine has three sons, one daughter and five granddogs. She and her family are big sports fans and love attending all kinds of sporting events, especially Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers games. She also enjoys camping, boating and spending time walking her dog, Bailey.
