The Patient and Family Advisory Council is dedicated to strengthening collaboration between patients, family members and Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. Our Goal is to enhance Bayfront Health St. Petersburg's Patient Experience and deliver the highest quality of safe, comprehensive and compassionate care.
The Patient and Family Advisory Council is committed to contributing to the improvement of patient safety, quality and experience by sharing personal stories in a transparent and considerate manner for the sole purpose of the betterment of Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.
The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a forum for Bayfront Health St. Petersburg to gather the unique perspective and insights from the community we serve. As part of the Patient and Family Advisory Council, patients and families are invited to serve as advisors to the hospital and physician practices for up to two years. The council's mission is to invite transparent feedback and dynamic conversations that will help to improve the overall experience at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg. Our members may also be asked to participate on special committees that are offered or invited to respond to any midterm surveys or questionnaires as needed.
