Why Bayfront: I chose Bayfront because it was a program that I could see myself grow as an individual and new physician. Bayfront is an unopposed program that allows their residents to have a tremendous amount of autonomy. We have an open ICU and we are given plenty of opportunities to do procedures. We have good relationships with our attendings and the many specialists we work alongside. Bayfront offers many benefits for their residents like covered parking, onsite clinic, and free food. Not to mention, the city and people in our program are awesome too!
