Why Bayfront: Bayfront is everything I was looking for in a residency program. Initially, I was drawn to Bayfront academically because of their strong inpatient training, the opportunity for procedures, as well as their pediatric exposure. On my interview day, I felt incredibly welcomed by everyone I met, and I loved the tight-knit family feel among the residents and faculty. Overall, Bayfront offers extensive opportunities for learning while also creating a supportive work environment.
