Medical Students

As a teaching facility, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital is committed to the education of our future healthcare professionals, including medical students. The hospital is a primary site for fourth-year medical students from FSU, USF, UF, and Universidad Central del Caribe, in Puerto Rico who must complete an acting internship (AI).

Fourth Year Medical Student Opportunities

• Acting Internship in OBGYN – Students participate as active team members on the OB, Gyn, GynOnc, and Night Float services.
• Students also attend all didactic activities, and complete a presentation at the end of their rotation.
