Dr. Feldbaum graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Chemistry and a minor in Economics. He subsequently attended Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his internship and OB-GYN residency at Emory University School of Medicine. Prior to joining the Bayfront Health St. Petersburg OB-GYN Residency Program, Dr. Feldbaum served as a lower genital tract disorders division director at University of Tennessee at Memphis.
Over the last 10 years, Dr. Feldbaum has served as a section and district chair for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and has received many honors and awards. Currently, he serves as a Co-Chair for American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) Assessment Committee and is part of a District XII Legislative Taskforce for American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). Throughout his tenure, Dr. Feldbaum has published several scholarly papers and book chapters.
Dr. Feldbaum’s interests range from obstetrical care to minimally invasive surgery (including robotic, laparoscopic, and vaginal surgery), lower genital tract (vulvar, vaginal, cervical, perianal) disorders, endometriosis, and management of chronic pelvic pain. Fluent in Russian and English.
