Orlando Health – Health Information Management (Medical Records) Walk-In Locations

Orlando Health provides walk-in service to patients who would like to make their request in person or request expedited processing for same day service. We strive to process your records request on demand upon your arrival however it is not always possible to provide you with the records immediately such as if the records are not complete/available, if they’re behavioral health requiring a waiting period of up to 7 days, if records are in off-site archives, etc.

Closure Alerts: Our walk-in locations may be subject to closures during lunch time (between 12pm – 1pm) or during company observed holidays. Please call ahead to check office hours at (321) 841-4449.
