Dr. Ana Segura is a board-certified surgeon at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health General and Acute Care Surgery with experience in:

Dr. Segura’s Training
Dr. Segura graduated cum laude with her bachelor's degree in molecular biology and microbiology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla and completed her general surgery residency at Orlando Health and her surgical critical care fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Dr. Segura is board certified in general surgery and surgical critical care by the American Board of Surgery. Her professional memberships include the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma and American College of Surgeons.
Her volunteer work has included a medical mission trip to Honduras, where she delivered medical supplies and assisted physicians, and working at a student-run clinic in Harlem, New York.
Outside of work, Dr. Segura enjoys spending time with family, running, painting and going on adventures. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
