Angela Evans-LaCert is a certified audiologist at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. She has more than 30 years of experience, and her services include:
- Comprehensive audiology testing and tinnitus evaluations
- Aural rehabilitation
- Selection and fitting of hearing instruments
- Videonystagmography testing, interpretation of results
She enjoys helping patients of all ages with their communication needs.
Angela’s Training
Angela earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She received her Master of Science in audiology from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and her doctorate in audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa.
About Angela
She has provided audiology services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Bay Pines VA Hospital and several private clinics. She also served as general manager for a family-owned business.
Angela holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She is licensed as an audiologist by the Florida Department of Health.
Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Florida Academy of Audiology.
Angela’s educational research has included presentations on tinnitus treatment options and how to identify hearing loss in patients.
