Bio
Brittany Hamilton is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with Bayfront Health Medical Group. Her expertise includes:
- Providing direct care
- Assessing and managing common acute and chronic illnesses
- Interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing treatment plans
- Offering patient education
- Critical care nursing
Brittany joined Bayfront Health in 2008 as a registered nurse in the critical care unit, where she also served as clinical coordinator and nurse manager. Most recently she was manager of quality, process, improvement and patient safety.
Brittany’s Training
Brittany received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville, graduating with honors. She earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) and her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) in the adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner program from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Brittany is board-certified as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds a certification in public health from the National Board of Public Health Examiners. She is licensed as an APRN and RN in Florida.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Why do some Orlando Health physicians not have a patient experience rating?
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions, shown above, from our nationally-recognized Press-Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
