Carah Horn is the bariatric surgery coordinator with the Bayfront Health Weight Loss and Bariatric Surgery Institute in St. Petersburg. She works with an interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive, standardized patient experience that results in quality care.
Carah also is a registered nurse (RN) and a certified bariatric nurse (CBN). Her experience includes bariatric and weight management care, transplant coordination and emergency care.
Carah received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Norman. She earned her Master of Business Administration in health care administration (MBA-HCA) at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, graduating with honors.
She is certified by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
Outside of work, Carah enjoys CrossFit.
