Bio
Dr. Marc Goldman is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. He specializes in the surgical and nonsurgical management of complex brain and spine conditions, including:
- Tumors
- Degenerative spine disorders
- Skull base diseases
- Trigeminal neuralgia
- Hydrocephalus
- Peripheral nerve disorders
Known for his compassionate, patient-centered approach, Dr. Goldman believes in treating patients like family by prioritizing empathy, communication and collaboration in every treatment plan. He works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
Dr. Goldman’s Training
Dr. Goldman received his medical training with honors from Trinity College at the University of Dublin in Ireland. He completed a neurosurgery residency at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island, where he served as chief resident in his final year, and a fellowship in neurosurgical and spinal oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
About Dr. Goldman
Dr. Goldman is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and he is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
He has extensive experience teaching and mentoring future surgeons, including at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Brown’s medical school. Dr. Goldman’s research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals, and he has written book chapters and presented at national and international conferences.
Outside of work, Dr. Goldman enjoys running, hiking, kayaking, ice hockey, international travel, music and art.
