Bio
Shirin McLaughlin is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. She provides in-hospital medicine, and her expertise includes:
- Infectious disease
- Trauma care
- Acute palliative care
- Acute respiratory distress syndrome
- Sepsis and septic shock
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Spinal cord injuries.
Shirin has provided care across multiple settings including trauma intensive care units, step-down units and outpatient clinics. She advocates for her patients and provides compassionate care.
