Bio
Dr. Timothy Marsh is a family medicine physician at Bayfront Health Medical Group. He cares for patients of all ages, providing preventive measures such as health screenings and patient education. His expertise includes:
- Osteopathic manipulative medicine for musculoskeletal issues
- Obesity and lifestyle medicine
- Hepatitis C treatment
- Chronic disease management
- Routine obstetrical care
- Skin biopsies
- Joint injections and trigger point injections
- GYN services such as IUD placement/removal and Nexplanon placement/removal
Dr. Marsh believes that understanding his patients’ social, mental and physical well-being enables him to provide the best possible care. He finds it rewarding to advocate for his patients and help them navigate the healthcare system to receive the services they need.
Dr. Marsh’s Training
As an undergraduate, Dr. Marsh studied biology at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He earned his degree in osteopathic medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida, and completed his residency in family medicine at Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital.
About Dr. Marsh
Dr. Marsh is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
His volunteer work includes providing sideline sports medicine coverage as a resident team physician for high school football games.
Outside of work, Dr. Marsh enjoys sports, exercise and outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, swimming and scuba diving, which he uses as a guide to help counsel his patients about healthy lifestyle choices.
