Ingredients:

1/4 tsp. ground cumin

1 1/2 tsp. dark brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp. honey

1 tsp. olive oil

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

1/4 cup whole almonds
-
1/4 cup whole cashews
-
2 ounces hazelnuts
-
2 ounces walnuts (optional for extra omega-3 fatty acids)
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine cumin, brown sugar, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, cardamom and pepper in a small saucepan. Heat gently and stir to combine.

Add nuts to spice mixture and toss to coat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread nuts evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
