Dr. Schwartz is a graduate of Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg in 2009. While at Bayfront, Dr. Schwartz served as the Chief Education Resident. She also received numerous awards such as the Laparoscopic Surgeon of the Year Award, Resident Academic Achievement Award, and Academic Excellence Award.
She specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine with the Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. She joined the medical staff in July 2012 after completing her fellowship at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. Her interests are in gestational diabetes and multiple gestations. She has authored multiple papers that have been published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as the Journal of Maternal Fetal Medicine.
